THANKS FOR THE POWER

The power of God has change my life; that’s real
I have long desired to receive this power in full measure
And He made me more equipped to be a witness
Whence I shall go forth to proclaim His greatness
So, I would surely manifest that power I tapped from His fortress
Whereas the journey might not seem so easy but there’s an assured success

Moving on, I shall extend my boundaries further
For I am a part of the gatherings of the saints
And we shall preserve to the ends of the earth together
Though challenges may interfere, we would not bother
For the protector and provider is our Father
So do not be left out of the family that’s underneath the eye of the savior

I beseech you my brethren, now, to do more
You have been empowered to preach the word
You have been inspired to speak the word
You have been motivated to teach the word
You have been infused to live life not without the written word
For living life founded on the word is original
And that life is everlasting but not seasonal
Nevertheless, people would prosecute you as mortal
Yet He was portrayed a condemned criminal
This isn’t normal

Then I heard many times the word spoken
And together with the faithful, we continued living with virtues well woven
In that stead, our Father has lifted the banner of salvation
So we have been declared free and that means free indeed
Thank you Lord, for granting upon our lives the power to be able to go forth
Proclaiming freedom to the captives
Declaring in Justice its real state
And peace with love to every soul to the ends of the earth

International Movement of Catholic Students (IMCS) PAX ROMANA,Ghana Federation

Giving the giver that gives you peace and love from the bosom of the size-less heart all the praise  We are matching up to the ends of the earth to make sure that our task of discipleship really goes aboard; this is the title of our hymn “LIBERATION FOR PEACE”    The Holy Spirit knows boundaries; he cannot be limited in his own jurisdiction. So moving on to proclaim that which we have been taught by the teacher, we shall spearhead the action and affirm someday to come “THAT CHRIST MAY BE IN ALL” Not forgetting to promote the student Apostolate among students in higher education, in the Church’s mission and in the world; we came into existence to continue preaching and teaching the word that have life in itself to manifest wonderful and marvelous things according to the Will of the creator, Our Father... Moreover we recognize and work with all concerned men and women for joint action and reflection leading to a more just and equitable social order a...

PEN

This isn’t an acronym. It is a powerful tool. It is blunt but has altered the patterns of history with unequivocal writing success. It has survived all the defining moments through the centuries Ranging from the early reed, quills, and dip pens to the contemporary ballpoint, fountain, and felt pens. History has it that, all users demand a special pen based on the pending purpose of use There is this status symbol attached to any kind of pen that has ever been manufactured. M. Klein and H. W. Wynne had received a US patent for the fountain in 1867. But as early as the 10 th century, the pen had existed.  And until this day, it has metamorphosed through many phases and designs. One of my favourites and most used pen from the 20 th to this century has been Michaels Bich’s Bic pen that was invented in the 1950s. It is simply elegant and mighty. The sword could see itself sharp but the pen is supreme. Talk of brainstorming sessions that led to generati...

Thoughts of a toddler

I am a toddler Nothing I know matters Only my tears, whether crocodile or human, has influence And I will cry my lungs out until my wish is granted  That's their command My heart will passionately be on standby, just in case I need reinforcement At least, it will cleanse my system and keep me healthy I am a toddler with giant steps It will not take long for me to arrive safely into adulthood I can't skip my teenage years either If I get the chance, I will only catch a glimpse of my teen days and return to being a toddler So to my kinsmen, kindly prepare your speeches I can sense only the title has a pleasant feeling The rest are bitter pills but I am not sick too I don't want to choke Please don't proceed with those long speeches about life  I know that when I grow up I'll swallow the pills anyway But I am nurturing my courage  I am making attempts to stand on those tender feet They will be as fit as a fiddle  And that will lead me on I'll ...
