The year 2019 is not waiting for us if we cannot keep up with the pace. Each of us has something worth fighting for. We desire to live in peace, harmony, and share the love we have got stored up in our hearts. Beyond the boundaries of our communities, we still have responsibilities to either perform the tasks or keep others in check. Accountability can never be overlooked in this process. Whether it will affect us directly or indirectly. In January, I had the opportunity to be a part of a training workshop for West Africans dubbed “Gender and responsible citizenship in juvenile circles for peace in West Africa” in the relation to the peace and stability that exists in our communities and countries at large.
